Here are the cons:

● It’s going to be so damn HOT! It’s Arizona in the summer so this is something we feel you already understand. But our trucks have great A/C, and will also give you a ChillSkin to keep internal body temperature down.

● Sometimes it is necessary to work on the weekend. (But not every weekend, that would be mean.)

Here are the pros:

• 1. Training on the job is provided to dial in your skills. And our techs have the opportunity for additional formal training from vendors and other certifications as well. (and to do things the way we like ‘em done.)

• 2. Our office is on the ground floor. No stairs, no elevators, no hassle. Just hop in your company truck and hit the road. And did we mention the truck? Yeah, you get to drive a cool truck or van, with all the tools and equipment you need. Plus, you may get to keep the truck at home, so no need to commute to an office every day.

• 3. We are a small business and growing! The pay is $30-$35/hour, plus commissions and bonuses. That’s not bad in our opinion, we think it's rather amazing. If you are looking for a place to build your career and be part of a family, we would like you to apply as this may be the job for you.

• 4. The work is varied, challenging and rewarding. You will be servicing, repairing and installing all kinds of HVAC systems for residential and commercial customers. You will be dealing with different situations, problems and people every day. You will never get bored, and you will always be learning new skills.

• 5. We are a low-stress, high-support team. We don't micromanage you, but we expect you can be professional and manage yourself. We trust you. We don't pressure you, we encourage you. We don't criticize you, we coach you. We are here to help you succeed and grow as a technician and as a person.

• 6. The hours are more in the summer (as you can imagine). We work longer hours in the summer (obviously) and start early (when it’s cooler outside). We work more when it's busy, and less hours in the winter, when it's slow. You have the flexibility to balance your work and your life.

• 7. We offer 2 (two) weeks paid vacation time if you can take your vacation during the slower season. BONUS: Eligibility starts day one!
